Welcome to my website!
For many centuries we could clearly distinguish the origin of a violin
by characteristic features that would tell us about country, school and
maker.
Today our trade is international and worldwide. Makers from all countries
get together, exchange experiences and learn from each other.
However, the ideal of beauty in our artistic craft was formed back in
early 17th to mid 18th century Cremona. Amati, Stradivari, Guarneri and
their students have given us an idea of how an attractive violin should
be, in beauty as well as in sound.
